The Code of Conduct Tribunal (CCT) on Thursday said suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Walter Onnoghen is guilty of asset fraud.
The tribunal banned him from holding any public office in the next 10years and ordered the seizure of all monies in undisclosed accounts.
