Prof Greg Ibe has emerged the flag bearer of All Progressive Grand Alliance ( APGA) in the 2023 Abia State gubernatorial bid in a primary election held on Sunday.
The result of elections are as follows
Professor Gregory Ibe…283 votes
Barr.Etigwe Uwa ……….148 votes
Major Ijiomah……..36 votes
Chief Chikwe Udensi……12 votes
All the APGA candidates that contested are from Abia North.
In the general elections, Prof Greg is expected to contest against Prof Ikonne- PDP, Emenike Ikechi-APC and perhaps Alex Otti who recently joined the Labour Party.
